We are happy to announce that we are the winner for Best Youth Employment service provider 2023 . We appreciate the award as it inspires us to continue to serve our beneficiaries who are youth and children and our staff who are 80% youth. Our core value is youth centric, and we aim to listen, learn, and innovate with our young employees. As an example, we had a staff youth committee who helped develop, test, and implement our Youth Spot Application.

SSI aims to ensure we recognize the strengths of the youth, build on those, and understand where there is need to improve skills and identify opportunities to train them. We provide a lot of in-house training from how to do an elevator speech, creating powerful presentations, how to be a top-notch facilitator, classroom management, the importance your Why as an individual, leadership, using excel and the list goes on.
